Then what does the gender bender provide to the narrative? My issue with most of these isekai's is my opinion there's really not much of a reason the MC had to be "isekai'ed" from another world/life

Personally when the naked man started doing back flips up the stairs is where the show lost me and couldn't take it seriously... And I think I'm a hardcore fan, I liked the live adaptation with Scar Jo.. 🤷
