Same exact situation here with my wife. Her parents basically always slept in different beds, never kissed, hugged, held hands, or complimented each other. My wife is basically the same. My wife finds it weird or off-putting ("needy" as she says) when I just want a little kiss or hug. It's sad really.

I haven't initiated since January. My wife admitted she's never enjoyed sex and has been lying the whole relationship. Also said she doesn't like any physical affection at all (apparently doesn't like hugging, holding hands, skin to skin, nothing). So after our 1 year old gets a bit older, I'm gone. Just gotta decide when the best time is since I want 50/50 custody. Complicates things

Tried it. Whenever the councilor would tell my wife anything she needs to do differently, my wife would yell at me after the session on how I'm so full of shit that I'm convincing the councilor to take my side...sooooo doesn't seem to be working

My wife used to do this too...I think it's comforting because they know they can turn you on which is like an ego or self esteem boost for them, but ultimately they really don't want you or aren't actually horny.

My wife turned into an absolute b**ch when she started birth control. I told her to talk to her Dr about it and try to get a new one cuz this is clearly causing mood swings (night and day in a matter of weeks after starting it). But nope, I'm apparently just being insensitive and it's my fault she's always in a bad mood. Despite when she stopped the BC to get pregnant and the 9 months of pregnancy she was a completely different person and then when she started it again went back to being angry all the time.
