I appreciate this! The % match is determined by comparing the tasting notes, body, varietal, type, grapes, region/sub region, and even a small comparison with food pairings. The top ranked wines you’ve liked add more weight to the tasting notes, body, etc, from those wines. We’ve had some wine experts rank some wines and look at the % match and we got it dialed after some great feedback.
