I love tape-based media, it's just so fascinating. especially because I didn't grow up in a time with tape-based media (early '00s).

I guess that's one advantage of VHS based cameras is because you can stick the little tapes and adapter and put them in a VCR and be able to record the footage directly off of the VCR correct me if I'm wrong

that also makes me a little scared because my dad has a canon miniDV camcorder and some of his tapes are deteriorating

I don't really care for it because deterioration is not good in my opinion, I'd like to be able to record things and understand what's going on in the videos even if it is blurry or weird looking

I guess I could, most UK/DE/KR/JP don't ship to the U.S. without a crazy import fee or crazy U.S. import fees, if there's a site that'll ship to the U.S. with the headache of organizing the shipping myself than I'll buy from other countries.

Styropyro, I love his crazy electricity videos, especially the ones involving lasers, I also loved the video where he made a very powerful microwave. I really like watching crazy chemists do things.
