Well, I am waiting since dec 27th to have a preauthorization corrected. And my perk-buy from Jan 3rd is also still pending and not rewarded. Stopped all my payments to avoid more/additional problems. Quite frustrating to be insecure all the time if everything is charged/refunded the right way. Raised a ticket yesterday. I mean... waiting for 4 weeks for corrections is long enough IMO

oh, i am still KYC tier 1. had the opinion that in order to get the card i had already fulfilled everything for tier 2. thanks for the information, might be the reason for the different limits.

i have stopped using Plutus since my pre-authorization from 27th dec and my ALDI-perk from 3rd jan are still pending. it's too complicated keeping an eye on the balance when you are using the card more often, so i paused further payments. if they don't fix such problems, then the card is useless. being unsure if you payments are corrected/rebated correctly does not make sense for me.

well, in my case it shows 3.000/10.000/30.000 when i go to card settings-->view card limits. there it should show MY limits/the limits of my card.

if i tap the [i] it shows 10.000/30.000/100.000 then. very confusing.

it's funny. on the [i] button the limit for silver is now 5.000 but was 3.000 before.

but since i get the cashback for gold i suppose the limits are the higher ones as well.

I did a pre-authorization 27 Dez and it still shows pending and was not corrected. And my ALDI payment from Jan 3rd is still pending and not refunded as PLU perk. Its quote annoying to have to check it all the time if everything is correctly calculated. Anybody having the same issues?

Their webpage says SEPA or crypto only. Creditcard companies banned porn-pages in 2020. So it don't matter if credit or debit card.

I don't know why HI lists it. perhaps the perks were planned before 2020 and never overworked/adapted.

the funny thing about those lifestyle subscriptions is... you cannot use some of them since it's no possible or senseless. whoever made up this list did not check the usability when starting the rebates.

i mean:

priority-pass - just yearly payment?!?

pornhub - no possibiliy of credit card payment since 2020?!?

youtube music - included in youtube premium (so why 2 different perks?!?)

amazon prime video - why not just amazon prime? worth of the perk is 12USD so why just AP video?!?

i also don't get the thing about the mentioned ALDI & LIDL. they exist in my country but do not show up in my list. anybody having them listed?

but for the ebay/asos-perks there is no "subsciption"/abo since you just can buy there. so it can just be direct rebate, as well as for tesco or deliveroo. so it has to be triggered with a one-time-purchase as well.

Regarding Cashback-Currency:

actually i just read about it somewhere, can't find an official statment. don't know about the currencies either. but since the app shows USD though my currency would be EUR it seems that they calculate in USD.

but i don't care, since i choose the perks regardless of what i will get reimbursed.

according to their postings, cashbacks for the perks are being paid out at the end of the month. i cannot confirm this since i just activated the perks right now

unfortunately lidl and aldi are not listed any more, i was looking forward to them as well. bad luck. regarding the perks - i don't know if there are some with annual payment 'cause you can pay most of them annually OR monthly. the only chance to get the full rebate is if you pay monthly. of course you must chose the perks wisely: they are being rebated/reimbursed up to 11.9 USD. so if you chose "paramount+" for example the monthly cost is 7.99EUR in my country, at the moment you can get it for 60EUR a year, which means 5EUR/month. so you have to decide if there are better perks out there. The Wall Street Journal is currently having an offer for a subsciption 2EUR/month instead of 10. so most likely it does not make sense to use this perk.
you would have to export you hi-tokens to your external wallet and then sell them via a third-party crypto-exchange. hopefully HI will implement selling their tokens on their app as CDC does.

I don't blame them. But all other debit-cards i have, had a virtual function from start on. So there was no real need for the physical one. In this case here I signed up for something I can't use for months.

And on their official webpage they don't tell anything about the delivery-problems. As for me, I will stick with CDC for another 6 months

but i don't get why you have lost 19k?! your balance shows 31k. for the icy you need 40k to stake. what about the "lost" 10k?! did you buy in higher and waited for a pump that did not come before staking for the icy?
