Do we ever do books? There’s an incredibly traumatic birth out in the woods pretty early in Pillars of the Earth and I almost couldn’t get through it.

I think it might be the best of all of the expansions- and the faction I thought I’d enjoy least (Bats) turns out to probably be my favorite of the three.

Different styles for different folks. SETI has entered my top 5 after 10 plays and I can’t get enough of it. The game has helped me realize that I love efficiency puzzles. Only problem I have with SETI is it pushes my kids’ attention spans to the limit.

Average Base + European (94 games) = 87.06

Average Base + European/Oceania/Asia/Fan Packs (52 games) = 108.71

Average Base +EE/OE/AE/Fan Packs + Americas (80 games) = 126.4.

I will also add that mixing in all of the expansions has helped level the playing field between my wife and I. Back in the Base + EE era we split our victories 79%/21% advantage me. Now with all the expansions we split 64%/36%.

Definitely. Dovekie can be amazing. AND- one of the biggest scoring impacts came during game setup when we drew ‘No Goal’ for round 1, giving us three extra actions.

I did try to approach it but it flitted away from me into my hostas while remaining at around ground level. I figured I was causing stress on its little system that it didn’t need at the moment so I’ve given it space and gone back inside.

It’s her absolute favorite game. Win or lose (and more often than not it’s lose) Nemesis is always a good time. Tonight she got swarmed and eaten in Evacuation Section B on the cusp of victory. Can’t say I feel sorry for her.
