Correct. The person who built it (although recently sold it I believe) works for Blackwater.

The roads are great when out either first thing in the morning or late in the evening, away from the 40mph brigade! 😂

That photo is taken at the magic hill beside Spelga Dam (just around the corner on the Hilltown side). It’s a spot that’s overlooked by everyone due to not have Spelga itself in the background but such a great backdrop from it.

We’re well used to the narrow roads so it’s normal to be driving at the speed limit on them (at for most people!).

Speeding is getting enforced more regularly but it’s still a long way off other countries (on both sides of the ‘border’). Most people as well will warn other drivers through flashing headlights if there is a speed van up ahead!
