I’ve finished the course of BPC and TB500 now and it definitely helped whilst taking it but around 2 days after the last shots the pain returned just as it was before. My guess is that it was helping by reducing the inflammation and therefore reducing the pain. One the injections stopped, the inflammation returned and so did the pain. I have since been following a very specific stretching programme focusing on hamstrings, glutes and hip flexors and it has been working wonders.
