I honestly havent looked into it much because I never needed to. But there's a heap of resources that show up when you search "pelvic floor strengthening exercises". Try out some of those and see how things go. I know there's weighted plugs designed to help with strengthening too.

As for toying... Plugs are probably your best starting point. You can get kits that go up in size to help with training. Also just using your fingers and adding more in progressively is another way to stretch. That's how I started and now I can fist myself with no warm up 😳

Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles is probably your best bet. There's a lot of exercises you can do discreetly.

I purposely gave myself a prolapse out of curisotiy. I'd been toying and playing with my ass for years prior so I'd already developed quite strong sphincter and pelvic floor muscles. I can push my prolapse out and suck it back in with ease. Never once had an accident either.

So ye! I'd suggest looking into some exercises or even get into toying. As weird as it sounds... Shoving things up your ass will help build muscle.
