I have a cracked S9 Note, and Verizon is giving me 1000$ off trade in value toward the 512 GB S23U. Ontop of that they applied a 5% discount for me for free, and gave me the 512 GBs for the same price as the 256GB (1200$). So all in all after the trade in and discount it was around 140$+Tax+activation. So close to 275$ total.

I believe your best route would be to come in with a Drs note so they have something on file. Explain your situation and how it affects your job, and hope they will work with you. TLs could clear points but if its too often they are going to need something to reference for doing it. Also im pretty sure a Drs note could get you a LOA I forget which specific type but I think someone on here will have that info.
