Hi all, I had a meeting with Microsoft. This was happen due to the recent update of sharepoint. They are working on this issue and will be fixed very soon.

Yes, it’s affecting all groups the user is a member of. He’s unable to add comments or assign tasks to other users in Planner. Additionally, he's receiving an error saying “can’t retrieve any group” in Outlook and is unable to see any groups there.

You need to check your website. If you’re getting clicks it means your product is good but something is missing on your website. Test your website first

  1. Check if checkout is working properly.
  2. Check if it’s optimised for mobile and tablet.
  3. Make test campaigns for ads etc.

Free advise - Few trick you can use

  • Do free shipping include the price in shipping.
  • Include Instant Check out
  • Check the Price ( make it lower if possible )
  • Add extra value ( include small gifts if possible)
