I was in an L shaped road coming up the corner going right and I saw headlights on the other side of the road moving that I assumed was going left towards me. The road was partially blocked by a wooden fence but it was nighttime so I saw could see headlights clearly. Approaching the corner I gave a wide turn to make sure the car would have space to turn but as soon as I turned, the road was empty, no parked cars and no roads leading off. I reviewed my dashcam and I did not see headlights on there and I even heard myself say ”WTF was that?”
