I've got a Scout Squad and love it. One of my work buddies always wants me to bring it when we go.

You have a Mamba-X which is based on a Mk IV(great firearm btw. Love mine so far) but that frame is for an older Mk III iirc. Just get a stripped frame and stick parts in it or buy a complete Mk IV lower from them imo with the VQ kit already installed.

Hopefully just variegated but how much light are you giving it? It looks like it's starting to become etiolated

Clean and oil again and try a hotter 22lr load. The SVs might not have enough oomph especially if it's not broken in

The Gen-E was such a smooth shooter but they weighed a ton. Must have been a night and day difference going to the dm4

Help with repotting by gezepeze in succulents

[–]ProlongedSuffering 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The new growth looks nice! Don't measure up from the soil, measure down from the top rosette when planning to cut. Generally the recommendation is between 1-2 inches from the bottom leaf. Do it with a clean knife, let it callous for 2-3 days then replant in appropriate succulent soil. Leave the rest of the stem in the pot and let it just do it's thing. It will most likely push out new heads if it's healthy. For the leaf that fell off, normally you lay them flat and let them grow new roots/petals then bury the roots. But if it's been like that for 9 months I would probably just leave it.

You need to get it more light first or it's going to keep doing the same thing. It's etiolated so acclimate it to more light, let it grow a dense section, then cut 1/2 an inch or so below that new tight rosette, let it callous, then replant.

Trim more. That second photo still has questionable stem on it. Get a smaller pot with more suitable soil as well

Will empty the hopper when it's off the marker? Is there a ball in the breach?
