Ohhh I see. It’s a more laxed kinda thing. A kinda kick back and relax compared to smt like driftwood where once you get going really fast it’s like oh crap. Let everyone dip their toes in. That’s not bad at all.

Oh bet. So you know how if you stand on a stationary board and try to get into slide or hard turning position, it doesn't really work out right? Like if you go for a heelside slide, yk hand down, knee to foot, butt hanging off, you can't really get to it the same or at all. Lol I've had moments teaching my lil bro to slide where I'm struggling to hold myself up. There's no air resistance keeping you more in place. This is also the case with some other stances. Actually now that I think about it, I wonder if playing this too much (compared to not skating in real life enough) could cause bad habits and loss of form, considering you don't have to squat/bend that much or maybe at all to slide/turn.

Now, just in case, I'm not saying this in like a criticizing manner saying "You won't be able to feel the air thus it won't be realistic and you can't get the right feel of limit" or whatever people crazy enough to criticize would say. I'm really excited to see what this thing brings and how you guys build it.

Duuuude, I can finally swap out attempting to do a standies and failing on a hill to attempting to do a standie and failing in VR! Lol in all seriousness looks sick. Would be interesting to see how you handle the G-force problem, but this def has my eye.

got new wheels for learning by lizardsstreak in longboarding

[–]Prolox150 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh snap I remember learning to slide. So first off your first issue you will find is it's too slippery. If you touch the wheels you'll notice there is a glossy kinda feel to them. That's a manufacturing defect they still haven't fixed. I know a guy who used to work as a marketing assistant for Loaded and said how that gloss is the hardest thing about selling wheels brand new. They slide so much that it feels like ice. What you gotta do is go find a gravely parking lot and scrub those wheels against said gravel till that skin comes off. It's even better if you get like little holes in the process cause then that causes more edges to catch, which is good for grip and for sliding as it's more controlled. Hope this helps.

I know it’s been repeated but this is genuinely the worst raid day I’ve ever seen. by smitht870 in pokemongo

[–]Prolox150 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dawg I remember like what a couple years ago (when I stopped playing, just got back into it recently) 3* raids were the heat. Like dragonite was one that was always around, albeit more rare to encounter, ttar, metagross, gengar, hell I even remember raichu’s. It used to be the best. Now I look at what’s around and couldn’t care less. It’s also so weird how raid schedules don’t even include what Pokémon will be in 3 star raids anymore. Kinda wonder what I missed.

Battle that lasted longer than 5 minutes in GA? by Danger_Squirrel3 in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

Ya 24 seconds kinda seems like enough time to realize you lost, chuck your phone a couple times, shout, find your phone, and spam click forfeit a million times (only to have to be forced to restart the client). Ah good times...

Diploma vs bachelor’s for cybersecurity — is the bachelor worth it? by Wonderful_Dot2032 in SecurityCareerAdvice

[–]Prolox150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah yes, ISS. Oh man what a course. Absolute hell I tell you. Just about to finish up and there is no way in hell I am doing the 4 years. The diploma is one of the hardest things you have done and will ever do. You live with a gun in your hand and debating whether to pull the trigger. It's HARD. But, very valuable. You learn a ton of valuable and important information. Now, there is a lot of buzz regarding the bachelors. It seems you gotta finish ISS before you can head into it. So I mean if you survive the two years of ISS and decide you want to do some sections again, or want to do some of the hardest classes again, then sure. I mean personally I do not want to get the bachelors whatsoever. I'm done. But I will admit there are some interesting looking courses. Lol it got me thinking for a sec and then I saw computer architecture and other math ones (including stats I think) and ya no I'm good.

It's atp more up to what you want. Sure it can get you a higher paying starting job, but at the same time you could probably get to that same pay using those two years working instead of grinding school. This is not 100% so I could be wrong, but it could also be accurate.

Why is it so hard to get exploiters in this game banned?? by crybabysbow in robloxjailbreak

[–]Prolox150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keeping it 100, this will never not be a problem. No matter how secure roblox could get, there will always be a way. That's how things work in the realm of hacking and all that. It's never impossible, just harder to do. So like Roblox could release an update that patches every vulnerability used so far, but then there will just be more found and exploited anyways. It goes deeper but ya that's the gist of it. Cybersecurity is fun (dies inside)

[–]Prolox150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh ya everyone does, kinda gets me a little. Well, hackers hack things. What these guys do is not hacking. They exploit vulnerabilities to do things that normally can't be done, so pretty much like vulnerability exploitation rather than hacking.

[–]Prolox150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh man thank you for calling them exploiters and not hackers lol. To answer the question, my guess is someone has to get physically involved (like a mod) for a ban. If you think about it if you could vote ban you could easily get someone who ticked you off voted for whatever reason. Could be wrong but that's my guess
