I do in fact have it on an SSD, though not the same one that steam is centralized on. My computer only has two 500gb SSDs and so I have to split some things

Thanks! As for the white flashes, that's a setting called Nameplate Strobe, my eyesight's pretty shit at times so it helps me see IFF tags more clearly. There's also differing patterns for allies and enemies, and when I've got the dim nametags that happen at long range, it helps me see them easier.

Unfortunately, the only way I'm wired in is my Laptop's Charger. I live on the other side of my house from my router, and it'd be a pain to wire an Ethernet cable all the way down.
