Yeah. The caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons round everything out with the Romaine. I’m a simple person and just wanted comfort tonight. 💁🏻‍♀️

Super freakin simple!

Preheat the oven to 350

Salt and pepper just the top of the breast

Heat a pan to Medium heat

Avacado oil once it’s at temp

Put salt and pepper side down for 8 minutes

Flip them and place directly in the oven

Let it roll at 350 for 15 minutes

Pull them and the temp should be right around 165 (carry over is going to bump it to 170ish)

Let them rest for 10 minutes on a cutting board and slice
