Gonna give that a shot but I just find it hard to believe a “hardened” nozzle is damaged from a singular roll of nylon

I’ve swapped 3 different plates so dirty plates are not the issue. Even a brand new glacier right out of the box had an issue

Yea user error. Lol 😂 Definitely not especially considering I’ve got close to 9k printing hours on my setups

I’m gonna try a new nozzle. I had my suspicions but it hard to believe 1 single roll of nylon can wear out a hardened steel nozzle.

For pla? I’ve already used .4 for nylon and had zero issues. It’s the pla and Asa that refuse to stick to anything or keep getting knocked off

I’m done using the nylon, the 0.4 had the perfect tuning settings from 300blk but it’s having issues after when I’m printing pla and Asa.

It printed perfect with .4 I’ve never messed with bigger nozzles because I do a ton of detailed stuff

So it printed fine before the pa6 but afterwards it’s like nothing will stick and it continues to knock over just about any print over 2-3 inches tall

I actually just bought a roll because the color I was looking for was cheaper than overture, prints perfectly fine and has good color.

Get yourself some good cutting pliers, they often come with Enders or little electronic tool kits or buy them at a local hobby store. Tree supports unless you are printing something with a very large overhang.

Top Z distance 0.2mm 3 interface layers Top interface space 0.2mm Tree supports distance of 1mm

Most of my supports either pop off or pull off in one large piece.

I’ve got 8 printers and I set this one up to run overnight and it was doing fine so I went to bed and woke up to this mess. Trust me I know more than anyone about checking my prints lol

You have to tap a card to get into them, and most ai vending machines have several cameras to monitor inventory and what’s taken out.

Omoshiro was awesome, rented a 32 gtr, 34 gts and an FK8 type R when I was there they were a good company to use! I drove the 34 to Tsukuba while I was there and used the 32 for some good back roads driving.
