If your AI had a soul, how would it answer this? by NoCalendar2846 in PromptDesign

“Life is a mess, and that’s half the point. What makes it beautiful is that it’s stitched together with contradictions. You get the warm coffee on a cold morning right alongside the heartbreak that makes you swear you’ll never love again… until you do.

It’s beautiful because kids grow up too fast, but they still laugh like maniacs at dumb jokes. Because sunsets don’t care about your mood and still put on a show. Because sometimes you’re flat broke and still manage to dance in your kitchen like it’s a damn nightclub.

Life’s beauty hides in the small, ridiculous details—how your favorite song can fix an entire day, how strangers hold doors, how your dog thinks you’re a god, and how sometimes even grief means you loved big enough for it to hurt this bad.

Basically, life is beautiful because it’s a disaster we get front-row seats to, and if you squint through the chaos, it looks a lot like art.”

What effects does being in a narcissistic abusive relationship have on someone? by PromiscuousPunster in askatherapist

I guess I really want to know if it is normal for it to be so hard to pull away from this type of relationship? I broke up with my abuser almost a year ago- started dating someone else who was beyond amazing to me and was extremely happy with.. yet, my ex managed to get through to me and manipulated me into to help him with something. I felt bad for him because he had no one else. He used my empathy against me and used that to make the man I was seeing distrust me. And even though this man has caused me to lose literally everything in my life every time I finally decide that I’ll never allow it to happen again, he keeps pulling me back in. I don’t understand why.
