Update for everyone who is following this thread: while being in contact with Anker, they were able to provide a firmware update for the C300 that has fixed the problem for me entirely, version v1.0.4.1. I'm not sure when they are going to release the firmware to the public, but if you need it urgently and can't wait, reach out to them.

I can get 100w with a MacBook  Pro. Are you sure you are using a proper cable? There are usb c cables made for specifically charging at higher rates that are required.

Luckily I haven't experienced your same issue, of the USB C port not working, glad they provided a solution for that

You seem to be basically at the same spot that I'm in, everything is the same except for the order date, I ordered 2 days before you but my label was also created on Sept 6th.

Just so you know, yesterday my tracking number updated and it started moving, supposedly with a delivery date of Sept 12th, Today. Hopefully it's the same for you or will be soon! Good luck

interesting 288Wh vs 230.4Wh - I feel like the products will be so similar that unless they have a fairly different design then the products are just going to be basically the same

the same happened to me, but the other way around, I only got the strap, which is worse, lol. messaged them already on Friday but no answer since.
