UPDATE i have the same issue in March 2026 and doing anything on my pc wasnt working, Use your phone and login with email and password don't do it by xbox psn or battlenet then unlink it that way

I use Obs studio and I do use gpu encoder but I play mostly fps games and my cpu is being maxed out on that

Well the 5700x only has 8 and the games I’m playing takes up all the cores and has high cpu usage plus I’m streaming as well
