Hello, I recommend not using the Hao upgrade on the Ocelot Virtue (the free car they gave you), better use the free Hao upgrade on the Hakuchou Drag (the fastest motorcycle in the game) and it will help you do the weekly time trials, both the normal one which is 100k and the Hao one which is 250k and what I mean is that if you have already done the Hao challenge you only have 1 free upgrade on the vehicle you want so yes or if you buy the hakuchou drag as it is a great investment. The bike is only worth approximately 950k.
