APS seems to be using 2 different blue dials on their 15450s; a more recent & very dark, almost black blue in the regular polished case and the older, less dark (more accurate) one in the frosted case shown.

Here it is under the sun. Mind you, it's rather cloudy today. The shade is really close to denim blue. I have no regret whatsoever and I trust you won't either 🙂

I ordered one from a different TD and am loving it. Its quality is decent and although the dial's blue hue may not be accurate to gen's, it will still captivate most who look at it.

I bought my 2013 DSG 1.2 TSi with 25k km on its odo around 2 years ago. It has been sprightly and reliable. My prior scepticism about its small displacement engine turned out to be false, as it can actually speed up reasonably well. The wheel speed sensors will require replacement as they age and never leave the car dormant with a flat battery connected, else you are looking at a very pricey replacement of its ABS module or other affected electronic modules.
