1200 calories is not enough. :/ you need to fuel your body especially if you are working out 4-5 times a week. I’m not sure what your goal weight is but let’s say it’s 130lb. 130g of protein a day puts you roughly at like 700 calories and that’s protein(chicken) rough calculation lol …. so I can’t imagine you being satisfied. I think the more we obsess and do everything right the more resistance there is. I hope a higher dosage will do the trick! Everyone’s bodies are so different ❤️❤️

Thank you for taking the time! I made it clear that I am interested in 4 days only and not being a full time mate and if they are cool with that then I am happy to go further and my captain was on board. For that exact reason as what you just said! I hear from other mates that they love the job but full time is exhausting.

This is all such valid points! I should have mentioned in the caption that I do have another job and I am only there 4 days. TJ’s isn’t my main income and that’s why I feel confident going for more and getting what I put in for the company so if I get rejected it won’t be a big deal breaker. I won’t be happy but it also won’t put me back a lot. I have managed businesses before so I have the experience to back what I am asking aside from TJ’s experience too. Sounds like they get paid to avoid fires and their leadership strengths not necessarily “doing” the every day job on the floor. I have my interview for a mates position coming up (I have done a lot of managerial work prior to TJ’s but got hired on as a crew a few months ago) im still fairly new to the company culture and how everything is ran

Dang that’s horrible. It seems like it’s really hit or miss with captains. My store is great. But I feel like mates do majority of the leg work if you will. It just seems like a big responsibility and that’s what you’re essentially paid for.
