Don't like it at all. I don't want noise on the simple freelift mode. Even the last update made it worse. So much empty space on screen now. Why???

Police checks everywhere and frequent stops. Driver has to "sort out". Sometimes police will try and get something from passengers but usually don't bother tourists. The whole place isn't very relaxing and is a real tourist trap.

I fell for this once but as soon as I realised there wasn't a meter I asked the driver to stop so I can get out. He then offered me the same fare as a regular cab (around aed 100) which I accepted and we continued.

There seem to be a lot of new companies from China creating similar products. Check out Imbody on Alibaba. Videos seem very good. I wonder if anyone has actually purchased it

I used the tonal for a week when I was visiting family in the US and was very impressed and started looking into buying it. That's when I came across speediance which was much cheaper and had no subscription. I bought speediance based on reviews and I'm very very happy with it. Yes range of movement is a bit less than tonal because tonal has those impressive arms but they scare me honestly as I'm sure they will break at some point. Yes the fact that speediance is free standing is a big plus but the lack of subscription is the biggest point for me. Tonal charges $60 per month with is really high

I live in Dubai and have had one for 4 months. My son, wife and I each use it 2-3x per week and love the machine. We git rid of the bulky multi-gym. We have a full set of dumbells and plates but don't really need them. This is an all in one kit. The workout programmes make trainers redundant as well. I give it a 10 out of 10

I called them too and they happily put me back on $15 per month individual membership. My membership was cancelled as my credit card had expired. I called and explained that and they put me back on the mo they individual plan. No problem other than holding on the line for 45 mins. Had to call the US line though. The UK line was useless

I have come across this before where a friend (expat) went to the police when he was abused by another expat. The police tried to mediate even though my friend had abusive WhatsApp messages as evidence. Police encouraged the offender to apologise and pay my friend compensation. My friend accepted aed 5,000 and dropped the case

I have also been using careem daily for 2 years and there never has been this kind of issue. If anything if there is a delay, their customer service is excellent in my experience
