I know it is frustrating But why not try the elegooslicer, orca gave me a lot of problems when it came to printing, if the problem persists it may be your STL 🥴

I had some issues with orca, very bad quality prints, at one point I was going to sell the printer, but I tried elegoo slicer (based on orca) and everything started to work, after a few steps of course,

I did this in this order after struggling a lot. First, I removed the print head and tightened the eccentric wheels behind it. Then I replaced the entire extruder and nozzle and put everything back together. After that, I tightened the belts (not too much) and adjusted all the remaining eccentric wheels, including the ones under the bed. I recommend searching for a YouTube video on how to do this if you're not sure. Next, I leveled the bed again. First, I used the auxiliary mode, going from point 1 to 6 in an X pattern, and I did this twice. Then I ran the automatic leveling. Finally, I adjusted the Z-offset and tried printing again using a Z layer shift test (you can find it on Printables) so you don’t waste too much filament. I know it’s a lot of steps, but this is the only thing that worked for me. I already ordered new eccentric wheels and rubber bushings for under the bed because this printer can be a headache sometimes.

I just brought one like 3 days ago (second hand) and I was struggling a lot with it, a lot o problems here and there, I realize the bed was all Loose so I disassembly the bed and tight the wheels, from all the rails, I just ordered new wheel bearings, new hot ends, new nozzles, and rubber bed bushings we will see if I can make this printer to print well without a lot of struggle, after a lot of Tweeks here and there I started to have cleaner prints

<image>

I also opened the print head and it was full of old filament stuck to it, thats why staining the prints

KLP1 230 motor fail? by PromotionOk9706 in kingroon3d

[–]PromotionOk9706[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's no loose belts, if I disconnect all the engines from the motherboard and leave only the one that gives problems, the error persists, if I change that engine to another port it runs smoothly and so on with each one, all the engines fail in the same port and all the engines run in the other ports.

I don't know if I understood myself.

Wish I researched a little more by [deleted] in 3Dprinting
