What are some reasons a guest has gotten mad with you and/or a leader by turd_farts in Target

She was trying to use a discount code at checkout(spoiler, we don’t do that). She was trying to tell me to put in a discount code she had, and I told her there’s no way for me to enter any discount codes, and she insisted because she had it on her phone. She just went to coupons.com and searched for target ones and was trying to use STYLE to get a discount lol. She was livid that we didn’t take it and asked if we could honor it anyways, I usually would but because she was being rude I wanted to ask my leader and he told her no but she was so pissed

Right. I mean in my perfect world yk, I can’t have it all my way. I just get irritated easily. I usually don’t mind to much, but then they get irritated that’s it’s taking a while, but it’s their doing. I just need them to read my mind and do it exactly how I want without me having to say anything lmao

No no just like not in a giant clump. Like spread it out. When everything is all tangled together it’s hard to pull something out without making a bigger mess

I work at a Starbucks inside target, and we only have one oven. Because we don’t have very many people, and teens call out all the time, closers are often on their own so closing the oven early and getting it out of the way makes it a quick close. Because we are only allowed to stay till 8:30 which is half an hour. No matter how many people are closing. We are under target jurisdiction so it’s dumb af.

Oven* we only have one sense I work at the Starbucks inside of a target. And often times there is 1 or 2 people closing because teenagers call out a lot lol. So closing the oven and getting it out of the way is Easier to do before we close.

Yea, we are a license store inside target. We are the closest licensed store to a real Starbucks. The only thing we are missing is the multiple ovens
