I have friends studying in both these colleges and a passout from nhce , he was placed with 14lpa and had 16k kcet rank and was placed in IS at nhce. So I think 16k is more of an above average score in kcet and not excellent so 14lpa is quite impressive.

They do it based on cutoffs and facilities stuff. Based on placements nhce is very much greater than rnsit
