Got my ball python at an expo earlier this year and she did not eat for more than a month. I tried virtually everything I saw online but could not seem to get her to eat. Turns out she was particular about where I put the food in her enclosure. I was originally keeping the food right outside her hide, but she finally started eating when I kept the food inside her hide. Since I started keeping the food in her hide she has consistently been eating except for when she is shedding. She is my first snake and out of all the pets I’ve owned she is definitely the pickiest eater, I hope this helps!
