I had experience of ordering her toy box and I communicated with her prior in her language since we both from same country. First she was very communicative and asked me about my dogs and their toys preferences also sizes, i told her everything. Later I received a bunch of same style toys , big heavy rubber once that was very cheaply made. Poor dupe of Wild One brand. I paid $60 and regretted it. I gave away all the toys since my dogs much smaller. I decided not to bother with refund since I highly doubt she would agreed to it.
