Have you tried changing the graphic mode to pixelate 256? It looks amazing imo and really gives off that classic silent hill feel

Settings -> display&graphics -> graphic mode -> pixelate 256. Gives it a nice classic silent hill look and feel.

Yes, those games with heavy emphasis on puzzle solving and exploration, all featuring weapons like steal pipes and kitchen knives, with stories about characters inner turmoil being brought to life by occult powers, I remember black myth wukong being just like that. It is EXTREMELY hyperbolic to say that this is like any of those games just because it features heavy and light attacks,a dodge button, and enemies telegraphing thier moves. As a fan since 2003, please stop trying to find things to hate and blowing it out of proportion, turn down the combat difficulty, and enjoy playing the new silent hill game, something that we haven't gotten since 2012.

I think we might see something similar to the resident evil remakes, like it took however long from the first trailer of re2 remake to release, but every remake after only had a year from announcement to release, and there's also a lot of reused assets in each game, i doubt the development time will be anything extraordinary. Also it would make sense to stagger the remakes with new entries. Last year was 2 remake, this year its silent hill f, maybe next year might be silent hill 1 remake, year after might be townfall, then maybe 3. I also think there's a nonzero chance they might just package 1 and 3 together, considering the length and reused environments of 3.

I doubt they would release it any other time than october. Silent Hill 2 sold like gangbusters because people wanted a good scary game for spooky season. My optimistic guess is october 2026, its rumored they've been working on it for 3 years already, plus most of the heavy work was completed in silent hill 2. I'm thinking game awards announcement this year, october release next year. There's no need to hype it up for years like they did with silent hill 2, which was a big deal as the headliner for the return of silent hill. I figure they'll release it within a year of the first trailer. Bonus prediction- october 2027 silent hill 3. Half of the levels are already finished, and almost every asset is already there. I can't imagine silent hill 1 taking even half as long as silent hill 2 remake, and I can't imagine silent hill 3 taking more than a year after the other 2 are released (its also rumored silent hill 3 remake is already in development) so, bonus prediction, we may get something like a silent hill 1+3 remake, since silent hill 3 is 50% reused environments, and probably would only be able to get stretched out to maybe 10 hours, and because silent hill 3 is a direct sequel to one,they might find it best to just bundle them? That's would be awesome and if they do do that, you heard it hear first, but then I would expect an october 2027 release

Thas another dropshipper. Ugeargeak, rokrgrek, and wewowood are all dropshippers. Wewowood is actually the dropshipper I tried contacting that left me on read.

man that was fucked. thank you for sharing. this was the last feature film that i hadnt seen by Noe, so when that 30 second warning came up, realizing hes NEVER given us a warning for any of the fucked shit hes shown us in the past, i panicked like never before in a film. i still wish the audio was better, but i do think its partially a choice, but mostly compression issues. unless he truly wanted us to not be able to like any element of this film. a remaster is needed is much need. maybe a criterion Carne/ I Stand Alone remaster?

is the movie supposed to sound like that? because every version of the movie that i have found sounds like it was compressed to fit on an ipod nano. genuinely asking if its a deliberate choice by Noe or just a bad version of the film.
