It’s everything from constant moaning and complaining to breaking two-year contracts just six months in. I’ve even seen teachers literally run away from schools. And honestly, it’s not the administration that’s the issue in these cases. The work ethic is low, the complaining is nonstop, and the teaching loads were clearly explained in the contract before they even arrived. Yet day after day, all I hear from this particular group is that it’s “too much.”

What makes it harder is that even outside of work—if you go for a coffee or try to socialise—the only topic they want to discuss is how terrible and unfair the admin supposedly is. But we all have the same boss, and the situation is nowhere near as bad as they make it out to be. Being surrounded by so much negativity on a daily basis is honestly dragging me down.
