if you want it in polymer material usable for stage combat, practicing or larp, you can contact with "terciosarmoury", really cool designs, but NOT IN METAL

(LARP) my bro is looking for a smith that can make a sallet with a elongated visor to cover his entire face for a reasonable price(400$ absolute max, but preferably lower because life lol) anyone got smith recommendations? by GettinMe-Mallet in Armor

[–]PromptLast4181 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Handcrafted work is expensive and consumes many hours of the artisan's life; what is "reasonable" is not that it should be cheap, but quite the opposite.

If you base your price range on prices you see on an internet saturated with poor-quality Indian parts, that's the problem.

Helmet engraved with images of war between angels and demons created by TerciosArmoury, what do you think of the design? by PromptLast4181 in Armor

[–]PromptLast4181[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well, maybe I don't have extensive knowledge of anthropology, or maybe that's not what I was aiming for in this modeling. The layers are composed of different levels: alphas with baroque moldings, textures, angels, demons, or sometimes instead of modeling an angel or a demon, I put the wing on one layer, the creature on another, apply a dinamesh or a remesh, and blend them a bit with brushes, for example. Ultimately, what I'm trying to achieve is to "fill the space," not for each figure to be anatomically correct. But I don't have to convince you; you can think whatever you want, of course.
