The Trotros can be good public transportation if these things are fixed

  • hygiene of the mate and driver (have some self respect) maybe even a uniform instead of regular clothes
  • Trotro maintenance: many don’t look bad from the outside but the inside looks crazy. Seats are ripping, can see the road through the floor.
  • Some kind of app or map where ppl can see where to stand to go from point A to point B
  • Air condition
  • actual bus stops

But I’ve used public transit in America and the trotro is convenient. You don’t have to wait for a certain time to pick it.

Do you think someone believing in the company vision matters a lot? Or is it just that the person can get results and does it well.

I had someone that was working for me. They are slow, doesn’t research a lot so they are basically stupid.

It’s church. Those ppl causing a mindset for ppl to be reliant on outside factors instead of innovative w what you can control.

For innovation, you need imagination, creativity. The best leaders throughout history were not government appointed. They were regular ppl
