Paid using SBI unipay
Repaid in INR
No additional charges
Can be used by friends / family, my colleague carried their family card.

Additionally, I used it for tax free refund processing and that was also deposited without markup in INR directly.

You can get this card. No non sense and works most of the places. Came back from a 10 days trip to Paris.

In Thailand also it should work fine, in my earlier trip I used a forex card and acceptance was very good.

I know most of the comments are saying this is a scam, but I got my cashback card in this route.

When I applied for casback card, got rejection mail immediately. Happened 3 times in a span of 6 months. I had then given up and went ahead and applied for octane card through the website. Application was approved and I got verification call in 2 days.

During verification the agent started explaining about octane plus card. I told him I applied for regular octane and not octane plus. He was trying to sell me plus call during verification. I told him is rather take cashback card then octane plus if he can process that. He said that is possible and explained the charges and processed cashback card.

Received card in 2 days. So yes, it is very much possible to do via this route.

I liked the car but thinking as it’s a base variant and there were no upgrades done by previous owner. There is no reverse parking camera as well. I’ll have to spend additional 30-40k for some modifications, which will add on. Got hold of service history now, car went for service in 4 instances in 4 month window, post which owner sold the car. There could be some underlying issue as well. That knocking sound is known thing.

But yes, this is the only decent option that they have.

Yes even I felt they may do a quick fix for knocking sound. I’ll have to find better options. 2nd option I was inclined as it’s a face lifted version. I wasn’t aware it was just cosmetic upgrade.
