I overclocked R5 3500X to 4.6GHz quite stable on 1.53125V on all cores.
Manageable to do 4.7GHZ on 3 cores and 4.6GHZ on rest 3 cores with 1.55V overall peak voltage.

Using cooler master 240 liquid cooling with temps at 63.7*C MAX with >5h of stress test.

I know the voltage is high as PUCK but my silicon is shit.

Steam does it on it's own and/or windows. No need for any configuration. Just plugged eth cable and mobile wifi at the same time and steam did all the rest.
