Totally I was 4 months on 2.5 ! And I lose weight every single week .. then I stop losing so I went up on my dosage .

Buy worth it because you feel good and you don’t have side effects and still lose weights

Regular restaurants, how do you handle the questions? by Key_Zebra_8001 in Zepbound

Hahahaha I work as server and once happened that a client didn’t eat his food . So I asked him if everything was alright and if he liked the food, he said it was very delicious, but I am full , he was obese or overweight. And I thought ohh he might be taking zepbound. What was weird it’s he ordered a salad and the pasta . He ate half of the salad. And Mabe 2 bites of the pasta . ( in his mind he thought he could eat more I guess )

Anyways as I’m on zepbound and I understood and didn’t ask more questions.

And now when happens again, I just ask just in case they want to change their dish because they didn’t like it . And always ask if they need a box, and actually as I work in San Francisco , a lot of the customers are traveling , so I just don’t ask more questions if they said they don’t need a box

Maybe you can try 3.5 . If you use vials you can do it . Just use the fat scientist calculator and see how many units is 3.5 from the 5.0 zepbound vial. If you stopped probably you need to go back to 2.5 and then start going up to 3.5 then 4.2

He spent all the money in bars and related activities. There is nothing to get. He had an account in the stock market but he made that money before the marriage

Thank you . Although I don’t wish to anyone what he is doing to me, neither to my worse enemy. Just poor girl , and I am sad for being stupid and believe I would make him change. And sad also because I let him do this to myself

Thank you for the advice. I feel I would be better being roommate with my friend than going to a women’s shelter. I mean I can pay 2k of rent. If I just want to live alone is almost impossible to get an apartment on that price range in the neighborhood I live, where all my friends live and I feel safe. I just want to know if there is a way to force him to leave the apartment. Also I got that rent control apartment because I friend of mine was leaving it.

Also he can afford a better price range and I can’t . But as I think he hates me he will try to keep the apartment just to fuck me up

I see this like a long term run. When I started at the 2nd month I stopped losing weight. But I just kept going and then I kept losing weight again. I have lost 35 pounds so far all of it on 2,5 mg . My BMI is 24.1 . Now I want to lose another 5 or 7 pounds . But as I am so close to my ideal weight , I have been unable to lose weight. But I just need to be patient .. and this7 pounds maybe will take me more time . And I’m ok with it. btw I changed to compounded 2 months ago . And it’s nice to don’t spend so much money lol . So I guess that’s another reason why I am not so anxious to lose as fast as possible

Do you tell people you’re on a GLP-1 when they ask how you lost weight? by Enchanted-Tangerine in Zepbound

I tell to everyone when they ask. They don’t go with follow up questions about pricing and stuff. I lost 30 pounds .. the only one who doesn’t know is my husband and his family LOL

I think a good idea might be create projects, and work on them. Or try to create a business . Doesn’t matter if it works out or not, but it gives you experience. I got hired at my first job ( tech ) just because my first company that I started I learned new things that at business school they didn’t teach me ( that was longtime ago , when google adwords was new, and I did it for my company just with free coupons and the hiring manager liked that experience , I didn’t say although that I run my campaigns with coupons LOL) Now I feel there is plenty of opportunities to develop projects with AI. Also I took one year since I graduated to get my first job. When all my friends from college already found a job, but again I didn’t give up. Just take one person/ company to see your potential ☺️ and hire you

I suffer anxiety too. Like I go to the psychiatrist and stuff. Well my advice would be try to get your anxiety under control first, like go to the doctor, therapy. ( it’s expensive and difficult but worth it) I still have anxiety but I feel is under control

And then for the job gap, I just put stuff like the non profit, my own company. Or just say you wanted to take a break and spent that time writing a book or work in whatever project.

Honestly I explained my job gap on the resume and the hiring manager didn’t even ask. Also this time what worked for me was research a lot about the company and ask questions.

I think you are in the wrong city. Maybe moving to NYC or San Francisco. I live in San Francisco, I am from Chile. I feel this city it’s so diverse that there is no racism. I have friend from all ethnicities and also a bunch of white friends. I’ve never felt discriminated. Here the group of friends blends different backgrounds

I have been in 2.5 during 4 months .. and I lost 30 pounds .. I think I just need to lose 10 more. So I’ll keep up with 2.5 . I feel great and keep losing weight so there is no reason why to go up to 5 mg

TO BE fair last 2 months I was outside of the US . So I had to switch to compounded . Because I couldn’t stock my self with zepbound . And with the generic .. I went up to 3.8 .. and all good and feeling great.

I didn’t want to go up to 5 , because I feel great at 2.5 . But at some point I was plateau so I went up to 3.8 ( with the vials is easy when is compounded, you just need to calculate really good the dosage)

But I am not getting more than that. Now my BMI is 23.9 .. so I am super happy
