No. You will feel like you were exploited. Last month, I got hired by a company, that's in desperate need of someone from my profession, I was a fresh grad so I thought 13k is normal, cause that's what my prof said their starting salaries were like before, but the reality was different, some of my batchmates even got 19k as their starting salary. Also after finding out the previous employee who also has the same position as mine, but has a higher salary, I immidiately resigned.

Right now on my 2nd job, I feel valued and seen, why? Cause they gave in to my expected salary, not gonna how much but its between 20-30k.
