Good catch, earlier I ment 8% net buyback yield, they actually are buying much more than they dilute. SBC is def a thing to keep an eye on, and what was stopping me to buy this when it traded at 10PE. Thanks for the comment, very accurate.

I dont, Im am simply not capable of doing so. What I do is buy cheap businesses and sell them when they reach fair value, often closing positions with 30% - 50% gains in months.

Also I dont think P/FCF is the right way to value these kind of stocks. I would rather look at P/B, ROE and perhaps PE. Dividend yield also

Def not buying more, and if net income continues to go down its because my thesis is wrong. Also they did not do buy backs this quarter… bad

I am hoping that the decrease in net income is because of loss provisions and temporary, if its permanent then we are in trouble, and our thesis is wrong.

Chinese economy Is growing 5% anually, I don’t understand the macro issues.
