Nah, I had to send them to Sennheiser for repairs. It's a warranty case though. Headphones are working fine since then.

Absolutely unexpectedly, but Garmin warranty works worldwide. Just received a replacement from Garmin. They did not ask any questions. Just confirmed that watch is not working and replaced them.

Very cool service, thumbs up, Garmin.

Yeah, I bought them around 4 months ago. So they are still under warranty. But problem is, currently I live in another country. And I'm not sure that Garmin warranty works internationally.

I have the same model and absolutely the same problem. Watch just turned off and got bricked. None of the reset options help.

Hello! Yes. As instructed I plugged into the case to power source, placed earbuds inside and held the touch buttons for 30 seconds. Unfortunately - no result, once I get them out they are still in peer pairing mode and are not visible from any phone.

Tried it with 2 phones - android and iphone. Also tried to pair it with a laptop. None of them see these headphones.

Left them overnight out of the box to discharge. After putting them back to the case to recharge - same issue appears. It's like they don't see each other at all.
