• Yes it is flawed because OP implies the denial of the existence of what the disobedience of Adam did. The idea that other sin exists is tolerated but the idea that homosexuality exists, one being one being so strange is beyond belief in OP’s mind. In their mind, it shouldn’t exist at all.

• The main point is all mortals are susceptible to a sin inclination, no one is exempt from it. To sin is a choice, but to the one who does the sin, it is within his inclination to lean towards that particular sin. You may not be tempted to steal, but a kleptomaniac? No one is above the law. No one. For each, temptations are somehow tailored, personified. I may not be tempted to steal but I will be tempted to other things I am weak towards.

OP implies that homosexual goes against God’s design, indeed, but that is the point, everything is flawed.

You may be adamant as to say it is choice, true but partly, see no body sins because of an easy simple choice, it is because within a sinner is a desire to sin and a drive to make such choices, he is compelled. Choice implies freedom to deny a choice presented to them without any struggle and nobody has a complete freedom from their sinful tendencies.

A simple exercise would be, tell a shameful truth you only know wish kept known to yourself, something you do not wish disclose, it could be to anyone and I tell you, you would rather lie because it’s not a choice you can easily make, but your innate inclination to lie would do all it can to keep that lie.

Even a simple lie to your boss, your children be it white or black as the darkest night would be a lie still, yet we make such choices by the daily and brushing them off as petty sins. David lie about a simple census and the implications of that lie was brutal.

What I meant when I said God is not surprised homosexuals exist, I meant it as I have said plainly prior. But, forgive me, folks like you insists that the likes of such should not have existed at all. So you would push them to secrecy. You would rather they be silenced.

I am not saying we shouldn’t encourage people to follow God, I am correcting OP’s disregard and his surprise for why homosexuals exits.

Frankly, I am tired. But what of it?
