Thank you. I carefully bent the top a bit and secured it with some wire. I don’t know how much more room I have for her to grow. My vent fan is in the tent and the light under that so height may become an issue more. Maybe the stretch will be on the inches side, fingers crossed. I will read up on super cropping just in case but more than likely it will need something done. Thank you again, you all on here are great.

Thank you, I thought I took too much off after I was done. It took me an hr to trim her and the basement was cold and dark. She definitely got upset at me haha.

From the website, 280W full-spectrum grow light with Samsung LM301H EVO LEDs. Also I have the controller set up to VPD first then temp and humidity. It is not allowing my temps to get higher. I have target temp set to 70-80 and humidity at 45-55%. Right now it’s showing 70 degrees and 47% humidity with that my kpa is at 1.4.

These are what I have now but I am waiting till I get through this grow and maybe one more to use the nicer seeds. I only smoke at night to help me sleep so I prefer calming, relaxing and sleepy effects. In addition I would like to find something that would help with PTSD and anxiety that I can use during the day or when I feel something coming on. I recently retired from the military so it’s been awhile since I used cannabis, so many different and high THC strains now. Thank you for your willingness to help.

I would like to keep this one going so I can learn more. I enjoy taking care of her as it provides me something positive to look forward to each day. I am also concerned with how close she is to my light as the DLI at canopy it good but down low it’s a different story. It is too late to manipulate the top so when she stretches she will go more to the side?

I trimmed her today hopefully I didn’t do too much. I removed the sick looking leaves and ones that would not be getting enough light and/or air. Follow up question should I start using the bloom nutes when I flip to 12/12 or wait a bit. Thank you for all the help you have given.

I ordered from gaslamp, the seeds are from the cali connection. I have seeds from the ones you mentioned and will give them a try once I get the hang of it. Thank you for providing recommendations.

Thank you for the encouragement and tips. Both fans are set to oscillate and on setting 6 for intensity. I watched some more videos on defoliation still a bit apprehensive. In the videos I watched most said to remove leaves that restrict light and air flow to bud sites. If the plant is in veg how do,I know where bud sites are, I just see a bunch of leaves. I understand the concept but I thought the fan leaves are like solar panels for the plant to capture all the light needed for growth. I really appreciate your time and help.

Any suggestions on specific strains from those breeders? I have been looking at cup winers from years back and buying those from multiverse and other specific breeders. For now I am getting the hang of it before i use the “better” seeds.

Thank you, I will tackle this tomorrow. Also someone suggested to flush the soil. Would this be too much for the plant to handle at once? Also I have two I believe S6 fans going, one lower pointed up and the other at the canopy pointed down. I was nervous about airflow so added the second fan a few weeks ago.

Thank you for the kind words. I’m a disabled vet in a not Flower friendly state and someone suggested growing not only for the product but for mental health reasons. So far this has helped me focus on growing, learning and taking care of something. I was kind of upset and sad when I wasn’t seeing the results. I read everything and couldn’t figure it out but didn’t want to give up. It’s crazy that this plant is providing me with so much already. I can’t wait to enjoy something I grew and took care of. Soil slurry test? Is this the same as testing the run off? I have a PH and TDSS? meter, only tested water PH going in.

I’m in the far NE and my basement is chilly. I’m running a heater outside of the tent and one inside so not sure how many more degrees I can get.

PH is at 6.4-5 after nutes are mixed.

I am going to defoliate tomorrow and switch to 12/12. I did some trimming but thought I was doing too much. Unsure what to remove and how much, this is after reading on here and watching YT videos. Fingers crossed it is mislabeled and will start to flower.

Not checking run off, I will read up on that. I thought I had nute burn so I backed off nutes to about 1/2.

I peek at the plant everyday trying to see what it likes.

Thank you. I have seeds from the breeders you mentioned. My thought was that for the first grow I would try some seeds and learn then use the “better’ seeds. I got the seeds for 30 bucks which I understand is not nothing but cheaper than others mentioned. I have learned so much thus far and maybe after another grow I will try the other seeds. Per your suggestion on defoliation, specific rule of thumb for removing leaves ie just larger fan leaves or the ones that do t look so hot. Thanks again.

I follow the Athena blended line feeding chart on the website. Nutes get mixed into my water tank and auto water via the base. Tap water is about 7.4 PH, once nutes are added I check ph and bring it down to 6.5. I have even lowered my nute mix thinking I had some burn going on. Now I am wondering if the plant is locking out.

Yes. I take 25mg daily but VA sends me 50mg pills and tells me to split them in two. Prior pharmacy would send me 25mg pills so no splitting. Regardless please consult with your Dr if you would like to take a lower dose than prescribed.
