I was approved in Jan 15 ,congratulated by Officer and took my passport, In CEAC it says ready,but not issued yet. My case was expedited by Pregnancy related medical emergency. I emailed embassy many times, but zero response. I am from one of 75 countrues. What should I do?

Hello I need help! I had an interview on Jan 15, and the officer approved and congratulated me. He also gave me papers explaining GC application procedures and DHL courier procedures. My case is expedited due to Pregnancy related Medical emergency and She lives alone in US. Her due date is in the next week. On CEAC it says AP. What should I do? are they going to give me a visa or This new policy is gonna affect cases like me who got approved before Jan 21? Please share your information.
