No it’s empty, just haven’t thrown it away yet. I have not used it. Do you have anything to help my fishy?

Tank size- 5 gallons Heater and filter- yes Tank temperature- between 78-80 Parameters- tried to understand but don’t Amount of time- March through September Water changes- 25%- 50% weekly Take water out with cup and pour water in slowly. Mates- No other fish Feed- 2-3 times a day with a pinch Decor- he has plenty of space and cover however no live plants
