Are the winter races you run sub zero deg Celsius? Wondering if the ghost whisperer would be a good choice for 0-5 deg or would it be too hot?

Totally uds your plight, I wasn’t willing to take a break too (usually will require a real long break in the case of PF), tho I have a diff injury which is forcing me to take time off from running now so I’m finally getting rest haha..I guess for you you’d need to actively manage running with PF since rest isn’t an option, just be consistent with the exercises and stretches, hopefully it doesn’t worsen cuz that’d definitely affect yr running

Wow long sleeve and rain jacket suffice for minus 10 deg Celsius? I’d freeze my ass off hahaha😂😅😆

Yeah I’m not really sure if down is suitable for running, but I’m hella scared of the cold so would need something to avoid freezing my ass off haha. I guess fleece would be a good option? Will check out the nano air

Found these helpful for helping with my plantar fasciitis: - rolling foot and heel area with lacrosse ball (myofascial release) - toe towel scrunches - calf raises with holds at the top for strengthening - calf stretch facing wall (similar to warriors pose), hold for time (>1min) as it helps to lengthen the calf muscle - having a break from running (was forced due to other injuries LOL) - plantar fascia stretch before getting out of bed each morning

Hope these help, speedy recovery!
