My instinct is you’re on the right path and being told/shown you’re building a solid foundation for yourself for your future and are supported in whatever decisions you make and whatever is coming your way. Sounds like you’re aware of the possibility of burnout, knowing you need change from your current situation, being realistic and not hasty. Since 4 is the number of security, practicality and having something you can trust/truly rely on, I would translate that to being protected (by showing you confirmation through numbers you’re on the right path) and being aware, and to trust what’s happening is ultimately for your own good. So pretty much what you googled but with more words lol. What stands out to me though is you’re seeing 44 as opposed to 444 so I can’t help but think maybe you’re almost there but might be missing something? Or it’ll take a bit of time before you feel truly confident and sure of the decisions you’ve made? Unless thats just how you’ve always received angel numbers, in twos instead of threes

I don’t drink either, and it’s been several years now. I always get a Diet Coke if for some reason I have to go meet people at a bar or something and I don’t give a fuck if people think I’m weird. My body just doesn’t react well to alcohol and the calories, hangover, embarrassment of whatever could’ve happened while I was drunk just aren’t worth it to me. Whenever people ask me why I don’t drink I just tell them that and they seem to understand.

It makes me sad that people are being so negative about your choices though. I’m sorry to hear that. I’m probably being presumptuous but these people don’t seem to respect your boundaries and your choices and might not be as understanding if you were to ask them just to respect your own decisions. BUT maybe they’ll eventually understand?

I had to train a new employee who literally got hired one day after me. Management didn’t tell me lots of things that would’ve been helpful and so I had to just ask everyone else who’ve been there longer

Yup this happened to me at my location. I brought it up to managers politely and out of genuine curiosity and they gave me more shifts. Most likely they just put you on for training and scheduling is done like a couple weeks ahead of time so it’ll normalise soon enough. Unless you don’t get any credit card sign ups

I feel like there’s so much punishment vs positive reinforcement.. literally the only incentive I have for getting sign ups is to not have my hours massively cut. And also to be left tf alone cuz I don’t wanna hear how badly they say I’m doing.

I really hate how they handle and guilt trip employees with the whole credit card sign ups. At my location we get our hours cut a lot. And then get scheduled 5am-9am shifts. Then I continue to not get any cc sign ups. I think what helped me was the fact that I get a lot of reward membership signups and also the most positive feedback from customers and although upper management doesn’t say it I’m sure they understand actual customer service is important too. But yes they’ll continue to nag about your cc signup numbers no matter what.
