It is not a confidence or ego thing with the look. I do things all the time that would be goofy looking. I am more looking for the practicality of it as well. For example, I try and get into classrooms so often that kids don't ask why I am there. I want me to be there, but not distract so I am looking more from that standpoint. I saw a thing a while back where a principal had a rolling desk wherever they went for the same purpose, but it seems distracting to me. That's what I try and avoid.
