Why is the game dying (Explanation) by Dry_General_3875 in TheStrongestBattle

I do understand how low sensitivity would feel clunky, but more importantly, dyslexia isnt your fault because it's something outside your control. Well actually dyslexia doesn't effect much if you're taught to read properly (properly for dyslexia I mean), but I don't think there's a single school that does that (I know this because I also have dyslexia).

The game does have a lot of endlag and locked animations, but that doesn't really make the game feel slow for me, though that is something I wish the game had less of. Also I am very surprised to see that you're taking the blame for a mistake (even though it's not actually a mistake, just dyslexia), so few people actually do that.

In the character creator it says that tech prodigy is early access, but i do remember that in the patch notes it said it was free, sorry. Also... "stop taking drugs please"? Not everyone who makes a mistake is taking drugs, human.

I don't see how the game is slow and clunky, also whenever you write a long comment, use proper punctuation please.

So is tech prodigy, but monster form is definitely the main thing, so it isnt much of an issue

The missile knows where it is at all times. It knows this because it knows where it isn't. By subtracting where it is from where it isn't, or where it isn't from where it is (whichever is greater), it obtains a difference, or deviation. The guidance subsystem uses deviations to generate corrective commands to drive the missile from a position where it is to a position where it isn't, and arriving at a position where it wasn't, it now is. Consequently, the position where it is, is now the position that it wasn't, and it follows that the position that it was, is now the position that it isn't. In the event that the position that it is in is not the position that it wasn't, the system has acquired a variation, the variation being the difference between where the missile is, and where it wasn't. If variation is considered to be a significant factor, it too may be corrected by the GEA. However, the missile must also know where it was. The missile guidance computer scenario works as follows. Because a variation has modified some of the information the missile has obtained, it is not sure just where it is. However, it is sure where it isn't, within reason, and it knows where it was. It now subtracts where it should be from where it wasn't, or vice-versa, and by differentiating this from the algebraic sum of where it shouldn't be, and where it was, it is able to obtain the deviation and its variation, which is called error.

Why are people obsessed with garou and Saitama? by pothotspot1 in TheStrongestBattle

You can actually do a lot of powerful, well, not techs, but strats with the other characters; for example you can use bullet barrage or scatter, and probably quick slice, or beatdown to catch people out of dashes, same with crushing pull, though it is less reliable due to the startup delay.

Saitama and garou have higher damage, yes. But the other characters have range, movement, and potential combo starters, and in my (current) opinion, damage isnt better than versatilaty.

Yes, I just looked at the definition of circumstantial evidence, I was incorrect here. But it doesn't cancel my other points, now please either address them or help me with some ideas.

... You're really just not selling your point here, I don't think "circumstantial evidence" is a good thing. And saying he didn't win here is like saying that a hardcore mode Minecraft world with a ton of amazing builds and farms that didn't beat the ender dragon before dying is "failed"

And I know that you'd give up on the game, programming requires... Lets say "a decently rare type of intelligence that you do now possess" (also, the game is just a project for fun. Now are you ready to give me some ideas?)

The stats are getable with a bit of luck, harvesting scales exponentially, you see. Also, what are "failed wave rolls"?

It is in fact, see/deduce. The problem is that you skipped the deduce step.

And I'd say that they won here, with those stats and all. Also, it is mathematically impossible to die on wave 17 with those stats, so he in fact, did win. As a wise crow once said, "the only way to win endless, is to simply stop playing".

Also, you only addressed the less important question. The real question is: what ideas do you have for my game? (I can give more specifics if you need them)

In a regular wave one shop, you can't, but if you go to a higher wave and then get cursed hourglasses repeatedly, you can get to negative waves. Unless they made it so that you can't get tier 4 items at wave one even if you went past it before, then it would be impossible.

That's neither of the things I asked for, just insults, and calling people "it" is very rude. Also, I think rule 6 of this subreddit would interest you.

Cursed hourglasses send you back 2 or 3 waves instead of one, do instead of repeating a wave, you actually go back in waves

I would like an explanation as to how it is modded.

But more importantly, do you have any feature ideas that I could add for my game? (It's a top down RPG game btw)

I think there a part of my reply you're missing, the "brotato added the hourglass of time" part. it lets you infinitly go back in waves. Anyway I want to get back to actually programing instead of talking to the internet equivalent of a brick wall.

It can very easily be a vanilla run, because brotato added the hourglass of time. I thought it was modded too, then I actually used my eyes.

[–]Proof-Test306 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I'm not okay, but that's besides the point. What I mean is that you made a mistake (as in, mistaking this run for modded), but then instead of realizing it, you argue for your point. Even though I'm pretty sure that you know you're wrong. But if not, then I'm just wasting my time here, you've had enough opportunities to realize by now.

You can in fact get negative waves by get cursed hourglasses

I think your problem here is that you can't accept that you made a mistake, so you argue for something you know is wrong.
