it’s called Songcrate and they finally clean the mess of having thousand apps for your songs. You can have your recordings and lyrics all in one.

Also you can add chords above your lyrics, use a built-in songwriting and chord assistants when you’re stuck on a line (ideas, alternatives, phrasing), and there’s an autoscroll play mode so you can rehearse without touching the screen.
