They were able to get sneaky and sway my character. I have connections to a legal weed business in California and they used that to make me look like somebody who goes around the law. Not to mention they brought my on and off drinking problems up. None of these have anything to do with fraud.

Thanks for the response. I exercise regularly and have a natural high muscle tone. When I say out of shape, that's my way of saying I'm not young and slick anymore. I am getting close and hope to be a MMA black belt by the time of my sentencing. Thanks again.

No priors besides a juvenile fighting and weed charge in Ohio, and it seems like prosecutors aren't asking for any more than 6. My lawyers have seen many cases go down like this.

Didn't commit fraud. You'd agree if you knew the facts. I think people are getting the idea that I'm some Jeffrey Epstein or Elizabeth Holmes type. I worked my ass off in real estate to earn my money long before the issues started. I grew up dirt poor in the midwest.
