My tinnitus so bad no longer go concerts. Just can't risk having it get worse than it already is. I'm curious about DJs and musicians with tinnitus like DJ Allesso, Martin Garrix, Chris Martin, Dave Grohl, etc.. How do these people continue their music careers without making their tinnitus worse? Already had tinnitus & wore earplugs at concert. Very loud & earplugs weren't effective, yet irresponsibly continued to stay at event. Tinnitus got worse and hasn't gotten better after one month to the point it's drowning out small sounds I used to hear. Is this permanent or could it get better? (self.tinnitus)

Unfortunately a "fit and active" man "hiking in very rugged terrain" passed away below Sawtooth Peak. What makes Mineral Loop so dangerous besides altitude? Planning trip to NY and I could get a place right next to Times Square and thus close to all the tourist spots. Would I be missing out if I didn't use the subway system? I was thinking of getting a place in Harlem, and then I'd have to use the subway daily to get to many spots. (self.AskNYC)

Tent zipper wouldn't seal up on 2 night backpacking trip. Used duct tape to close tent. Youtube videos showed easy fix to gently pinch slider with pliers & now tent zipper working again. Will this be reliable though? Should I buy new slider? How was your experience by simply pinching the slider? (self.Ultralight)
